For safety reasons, image sensors are placed in 63-LBGA packages. An image sensor should supply a voltage of 1.8V~2.8V. We'll package these image sensors in the Tape & Reel (TR) for protection. In order for the image sensor to work properly, its dynamic range should be 71.1 dB. In accordance with specifications, the image sensor has a 1/3 inch optical format.
