Safety reasons require that image sensors be packaged in 63-LBGA packages. Ideally, the image sensors should provide a voltage of 1.8V~2.8V. These image sensors will be packaged in the Tray so they don't get damaged. It is recommended that the image sensor has a dynamic range of 71.1 dB. A 1/3 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor.
