Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in 63-LBGA packages. 1.8V~2.8V is the voltage that should be supplied by the image sensors. In order to protect the image sensors, we'll pack them in the Tray. It is recommended that the image sensor's dynamic range is 71.1 dB. A 1/3 inch format image sensor is specified.
