To ensure safety, image sensors are encapsulated in 63-LBGA packages. A voltage of 1.8V~2.8V should be supplied by the image sensors. Those image sensors will be protected in the Tray. It is recommended that the image sensor have a dynamic range of 71.1 dB. According to the specification, the image sensor's optical format is 1/3 inch.
