63-LBGA packages are used to protect the image sensors from damage. To protect them from damage, we'll package them in Tray. Ideally, the image sensor should have a dynamic range of 67.7 dB. An image sensor with an optical format of 1/3 inch has been specified. In the case of image sensors, the maximum voltage available is 1.95V. However, image sensors should supply 1.7V voltage at all.
