AOZ6275QI#A Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 16-WFQFN. High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR). In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 2:2. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. A DPDT switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. There are 2 circuits in this multiplexer. This analog switch requires a voltage of 1.65V~4.3V to drain from a single voltage supply. Suppliers offer a 16-QFN (1.8x2.6) package.
