AOZ1025DIL_2 Overview
For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 16-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. There is a switching frequency of 500kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 4.75V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 0.8V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 8A. The maximum input voltage of this voltage regulator 12v is 16V. On the basis of the maximum output voltage of 16V, adjusting voltage regulator can be operated easily. The switching DC-DC regulator belongs to the EZBuck™ family of electronic voltage regulator 12vs.
