AN78M05NSPE1 Overview
An Tape & Reel (TR) case is included with the delivery. There is a TO-252-3, DPak (2 Leads + Tab), SC-63 case with the integrated voltage regulator. In terms of output type, Fixed is what the Regulator IC produces. The electronic component implements 1 Voltage regulator ICs. IC Regulator is possible to alter the range of the operating temperature of Surface Mount in the device. In order for this IC voltage regulator to operate, the temperature has to be kept at -20°C~80°C degrees. In this case, the output function that is configured for this regulator IC is Positive. There is an 500mAmp current output on this voltage regulator IC. It is AN78M05 for this regulator, just for your information. Utilize the regulator IC when the temperature is below 80°C. It is recommended that the chip be operated at a temperature no lower than -20°C operating temperature.
