AM5716AABCXEQ1 Overview
Packed in 760-BFBGA, FCBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around -40°C~125°C TJ. It comes from the Automotive, AEC-Q100 series. This CPU is cored with a ARM® Cortex®-A15 processor. This CPU uses DDR3, SRAM RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features CAN, EBI/EMI, HDQ/1-Wire®, I²C, McASP, McSPI, MMC/SD/SDIO, PCIe, QSPI, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.3V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. If you are looking for variants of the cpu microprocessor, try search with AM5716.
