AM1806BZWT3 Overview
Packed in 361-LFBGA, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. Advanced packaging method Tray is used to provide high reliability. The CPU has 1 Core 32-Bit cores/Bus width. Extended operating temperature around 0°C~90°C TJ. It comes from the Sitara™ series. This CPU is cored with a ARM926EJ-S processor. This CPU uses LPDDR, DDR2 RAM controllers. To serve better this microprocessor features I2C, McASP, McBSP, SPI, MMC/SD, UART interfaces. This CPU runs I/O at 1.8V 3.3V. As far as the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type is concerned, this is a MICROPROCESSOR, RISC. If you are looking for variants of the cpu microprocessor, try search with AM1806. There are 361 terminations totally. With a 1.2V voltage supply, the part should be turned on and run. It has a 32-Bit architecture. The CPU operates at a frequency of 375MHz.
