The RF amplifier is a cost-effective WIDE BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave device.The RF amplifier has type CDMA, LTE, W-CDMA, WiMAX RF.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Bulk.The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 10-SMD Module, No Lead.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.This RF Amplifier needs to operate at 112mA supply current in order to deliver its performance.10 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.Running the RF power Amplifier at 150°C is ideal.
