SOT-553
AH1807-Z-7 Overview
In order to prevent damage, the magnetic switch is packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). SOT-553 packages are used to protect the magnetic switches from damage. The maximum current that can be output by these switches is 2.5mA. There is a maximum current that can be supplied by these switches of 16μA. There are 5 pins on the switches that allow them to work. It is generally recommended that the switches output 2.5mA current. It is possible to set the maximum operating temperature for magnetic switches to 125°C. The operating temperature of this magnetic switch must not be lower than -40°C. It is possible for this electronic component to supply a maximum voltage of 5.5V. The minimum voltage available from these switches is 2.5V.
