ADUM3442CRWZ Overview


There is a copy of it in the 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. A temperature of -40°C ~ 105°C should be maintained for reliable operation. The 3V ~ 5.5VV power source is all you need to use it. In order for the device to function, 16 pins must be used. 5.5 V is the best voltage setting for maximum efficiency. It is made of copper, and it is part of the iCoupler® series of electrical components. There is a 3.3/5 V setting set on the power supply for the component.
