For optimal performance, this RF Switch makes use of the Tape & Reel (TR) package.The operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~105°C TC when the RF Switch is in operation.The ADRF5250 family of high power RF switchs includes this high power RF switch.There are 24 pins that are used for the operation of the high power RF switch.This RF switch ic is more efficient and stable due to the HIGH ISOLATION feature.General Purpose RF Type from the RF switch ic.3V~5.25V voltage can be supplied by the RF Switch.
