Optimized performance is achieved by utilizing the Strip package in the RF Switches.During RF Switch operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~105°C.There are 32 pins used for high power RF switch operation.By adding the CMOS COMPATIBLE feature, this RF switch ic is more efficient and stable.Input RF type General Purpose of the RF switch ic.It is possible to supply 4.5V~5.4V volts to the RF Switch.
