ADP3607ARU-REEL7 Overview
As a matter of fact, the type of analog IC that this voltage regulator 12v is equipped with is called SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Adjustable output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C ~ 85°C (TA), dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. There is a switching frequency of 250kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 50mA. As a result of the 240 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible.
