For greater flexibility, its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Tube represents the package.Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Surface Mount is the way in which it is mounted.In the absence of a 4.15V~13.2V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device can operate at temperatures up to 0°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.The board has 8 component pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage can be up to 25V.
