ADN2890ACPZ-RL Overview


A 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP case is used to package the op amp. Limiting-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be 16 terminations in the next few months.
