This RF amplifier has a very low cost and is capable of NARROW BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave devices of any type.W-CDMA, CDMA, GSM, UMTS RF Amplifier type.High reliability is achieved by using advanced RF Amp' packagings Tape & Reel (TR).Since the RF power Amplifier is packed in 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP, shipping overseas is convenient.The way to mount Amplifiers RF is Surface Mount.There is 4.75V~5.25V voltage limit on the Amplifiers RF.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the supply current in the 100mA range.With 8 pins, the high power RF Amplifier is designed.RF power Amplifier shouldrun at a temperature 85°C higher than 85°C.
