A cost-effective RF amplifier with WIDE BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave device type.Input RF type Cellular, CDMA2000, W-CDMA, GSM of the RF amplifier.High reliability is achieved using advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).Shipping overseas is convenient thanks to the RF power Amplifier's packaging in 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP.The mount Amplifiers RF should be done in the direction of Surface Mount.It is possible to supply 3V~5V volts to the Amplifiers RF.Added features of this RF Amp include: TAPE AND REELFor it to perform as expected, the supply current must be in the range of 110mA.8 pins are on the high power RF Amplifier.At a temperature around 85°C degrees Celsius, RF power Amplifier shouldbe running.
