RF Amplifier with cost-effective WIDE BAND HIGH POWER RF/Microwave Device Type.An RF amplifier with the General Purpose RF type.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).Due to its 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas.Surface Mount is the recommended mount Amplifiers RF direction.Amplifiers RFs that can supply 3V~5V volts are available.In order to perform at its best, the supply current needs to be operated at 60mA.8 pins are present on the high power RF Amplifier.1 functions (s) are included in the RF Amplifier.Various 8 terminations.There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when it runs.
