ADL5322ACPZ-R7 Overview
The RF amplifier has type Cellular, CDMA2000, W-CDMA, GSM RF.A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 8-VFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 4.75V~5.25V voltage capabilities can be used.This RF Amplifier needs to operate at 320mA supply current in order to deliver its performance.8 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.For its operation, 320mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.Running the RF power Amplifier at 85°C is ideal.
