RF Amplifier with cost-effective WIDE BAND MEDIUM POWER RF/Microwave Device Type.An RF amplifier with the Cellular, CDMA, GSM, ISM, PCS, W-CDMA AND WLL RF type.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).Due to its TO-243AA packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas.Surface Mount is the recommended mount Amplifiers RF direction.Amplifiers RFs that can supply 4.5V~5.5V volts are available.In order to perform at its best, the supply current needs to be operated at 90mA.3 pins are present on the high power RF Amplifier.1 functions (s) are included in the RF Amplifier.Various 3 terminations.There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when it runs.
