ADF4154BRUZ-RL Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 16 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS, TTL. There is a maximum frequency of 4GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 2.7V. As far as the supply voltage is concerned, clock PLL can be used with 2.7V~3.3V. Based on the test statistics, an ambient temperature of -40°C~85°C should be set. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with Clock logic levels. This electronic component is usually classified as a Fractional N Synthesizer (RF) component. The clock-generating IC is a 16-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. You can find related electrical components to the base part number ADF4154. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 16 pins. There is a maximum supply voltage of 3V that electronic frequency generator can handle. 1 signal outputs enable clock PLL to magnify output frequency as high as possible. For the RF synthesizer to function properly, a supply current of 20mA must be provided. This electronic frequency generator should not be supplied with more than 24mA of current.
