ADAU1787BCBZRL Overview
A 42-UFBGA, WLCSP package is supplied for space savings. It is adopted to package in the manner of Tape & Reel (TR). This electronic component is of the type General Purpose, allowing it to provide high-efficiency performance in various applications. This device employs the mounting type Surface Mount. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C, the system can operate normally. The unit is integrated with 4 / 2 ADCs / DACs. 1.7V~1.98V of supply voltage are applied to the analog circuit. A 0.85V~0.99V supply voltage is applied to the digital circuit. The transmission line is terminated with 42 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. It has a configuration of 42 pins. As long as the minimum supply voltage is set at 1.7V, the device will work. Supply voltages up to 1.98V are supported.
