A high level of reliability is provided by using an advanced RF Amp' packaging Cut Tape (CT).The RF power Amplifier ships overseas conveniently packed in 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP.In order to mount Amplifiers RF, it is recommended to follow the Surface Mount axis.Amplifiers RFs with 3.3V~5V voltage capabilities can be used.24 pins are provided on the high power RF Amplifier.It has 1 total function(s).For its operation, 15mA is the supply RF Amplifiers' current.A variety of 24 terminations are available.Running the RF power Amplifier at 85°C is ideal.
