ADA4000-4ARZ-RL Overview


A 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) case is used to package the op amp. J-FET-type instrumentation amplifiers are used in this application. The case in which buffer amplifier is delivered is called a Tape & Reel (TR) case. It is estimated that there will be 14 terminations in the next few months.
