The Analog Devices AD8302ARUZ-REEL is a RF/IF gain and phase detector designed for use in a wide range of applications. It is a 14-pin TSSOP T/R package and features a wide dynamic range, low noise, and low power consumption. The device is capable of detecting gain and phase differences between two signals in the frequency range of 10 MHz to 3 GHz.
