AD8137WYCPZ-R7 Overview


Packaging for the buffer amplifier is in the form of a 8-WFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP case. A Differential-type buffer amplifier is shown here. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) case that is delivered with the instrumentation amplifiers. A total of 8 terminations have been reported in the past few weeks.
