AD5683RBCPZ-RL7 Overview


A 8-UFDFN Exposed Pad, CSP package is provided with this component. An electrical supply voltage of 3V powers it. An FPGA module can be attached to a development board with a Surface Mount-pin. The FPGA belongs to the nanoDAC+® series of FPGAs, and it is one type of FPGA. During the operation of the system, the operating temperature should remain within the range of -40°C~105°C. It is for space saving reasons that this FPGA model is contained in Tape & Reel (TR). As a whole, it has 8 terminations. Related parts can be found by using its base part number AD5683. 8 pins are designed into the device. As long as this FPGA is mounted in Surface Mount, it should be able to function as it should in terms of its specifications, as well as its capabilities. In addition to this, it has 8 pins. A maximum voltage of 5.5V can be supplied to it. As long as the supply voltage is at least 2.7V, it is able to work properly.
