AD3542RBCPZ16 Overview
There are two packages that contain it: LFCSP-28 package and X package. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Data Converter ICs family. An attachment Surface Mount allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The AD3542R series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the AD3542R family of FPGAs.
