Safety precautions are taken by putting the current sensors in 5-CB Straight Leads, PSS packages. The current sensors are enclosed in the Tube to prevent them from being damaged. Current sensors should supply no more current than 13.5mA. There are no terminations on the current sensors. A current sensor like this has 5 pins.
