RF Amplifier with cost-effective WIDE BAND LOW POWER RF/Microwave Device Type.An RF amplifier with the Cellular, ISM, Cordless Phones, PCS, 802.16/WiMax, DBS Broadcast Television, TVRO RF type.High reliability can be achieved by using the advanced RF Amp' packaging Tape & Reel (TR).Due to its 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363 packaging, it is convenient to ship overseas.Surface Mount is the recommended mount Amplifiers RF direction.Amplifiers RFs that can supply 5V~6V volts are available.There are two additional features of this RF Amp: HIGH RELIABILITYIn order to perform at its best, the supply current needs to be operated at 90mA.6 pins are present on the high power RF Amplifier.1 functions (s) are included in the RF Amplifier.Various 6 terminations.There should be 150°C temperature above 150°C degrees Celsius when it runs.
