A89506KLPTR Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its QFN-20 package.A packaging method of Reel is used.2 Driver drivers are incorporated for its configuration.In this case, gate drivers is mounted along the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is - it is able to demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range -40°C ~ 135°C (TA) is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.The basis of this system consists of 2 Output outputs.This device supports a current output of 68 mA at the output.Gate drivers of this type are included in the A89506 series.
