A1020B-1PG84B Overview
There are two packages that contain fpga chips: 84-BCPGA package and X package. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. Having 69 I/Os makes data transfers more coherent. The supply voltage is 5V volts. An attachment Through Hole allows the FPGA module to be attached to the development board. The supply voltage of the device is 4.5V~5.5V , at which it runs. The ACT™ 1 series FPGA is a type of FPGA that belongs to the ACT™ 1 family of FPGAs. When operating the machine, it is important to keep the temperature within -55°C~125°C TJ range. This device is equipped with 69 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. There is an FPGA model contained in Tray in order to conserve space. In total, it has 84 terminations on each end. In order to find related parts, use the part number A1020 as a base. In this case, there are 84 pins on the board. A total of 547 LABs/CLBs make up this FPGA array. Having stated that, if this FPGA is mounted in Through Hole, then it may be able to perform fantastically according to its specifications. The 5V supply voltage provides designers with full flexibility in their designs. The device runs on a 5V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. The building block that forms the basis of the system contains 2000 gates. It usually uses a crystal oscillating at a frequency of 44MHz in order to do its work. The data is stored and transferred using 273 registers that are used for this purpose. For the building block, it encompasses 547 logic cells that make up the logic circuit.
