A QFN package is supplied for space savings. It is adopted to package in the manner of Tape & Reel. The transmission line is terminated with 48 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. This device consists of a row of 48-pins. As a result of analog signals being converted into digital signals, there are 2 A/D converters. Power supplies of 1.8/3.33.3/5V are required to operate it. It is recommended not to operate above 70°C. This device uses the consumer IC type CONSUMER CIRCUIT.
