90E36ERGI Overview
In Tray package. Packet 48-TQFP. It can also be used as a 3 Phase meter. Currently available in Surface Mount. -40°C~85°C's operational temperature is extended. The power supply is 2.8V~3.6V. More similar parts can be found by searching 90E36. A voltage of 0.4V 0.8V is present on the low-level I/O ports of this PMIC. This device displays a voltage of 2.8V 3.6V for high-level I/Os.
