Packing in Tape & Reel (TR). An example of a 28-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package is shown below. This device can be used as a Single Phase meter. There is an option for Surface Mount. The operational temperature at -40°C~85°C is higher. 2.8V~3.6V power supply is used to power it. Check out 90E24 for more similar parts. The low-level I/O ports on this PMIC have a voltage of 0.4V 0.8V. High-level I/Os are represented by voltage 2.4V 3.9V 6.2V, while standard I/Os are displayed by voltage Y. Logic gates can be applied to this 28 solution. The device is designed as a Surface Mount device in order to make installation and dismantling as simple as possible.
