This clock IC is packaged using the Tray method. The BGA-100 package includes this clock generator. A clock generator's input is called LVCMOS, LVDS, LVPECL and it is designed as the input for this clock generator. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. With the Surface Mount, it is easy to install this electric component on the panel. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 1.7V ~ 1.9V, 3.2V ~ 3.4V. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C ~ 95°C. A frequency synthesizer which is compatible with the LVDS, LVPECL logic levels is presented here. A Clock Generators is a classification for the electronic part in question. Microprocessors are specifically designed to use this clock-generating IC, which has a 100-bit output. PLL clock can handle a voltage of 1.8 V, 3.3 V as its supply voltage.
