8T49N008A-005NLGI Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tray package. VQFN contains this Clock PLL. As a result, frequency synthesizers can be found to contain 40 terminations. This Clock PLL will be fed by Crystal as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. Providing a maximum frequency of 200MHz, this clock-based RF synthesizer is suitable for a variety of applications. The Surface Mount allows this electrical component to be easily installed on the panel. There are 2.375 V ~ 3.465 V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. Based on test statistics, ambient temperature should be set at -40°C ~ 85°C. I would like to present to you a frequency synthesizer that is compatible with LVPECL logic levels. Despite its low operating temperature, this clock generator has -40°C operations. There is even a possibility that this clock generator ic will last even when the temperature is 85°C. A member of the FemtoClock® NG series, this electronic component is made of plastic. In the case of excessive supply current (greater than 225mA), an element may be thermally destroyed.
