84329BM-01 Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 24-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 225 when reflowing. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 3.3V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be Crystal. A total of 1 circuits are implemented to access the full performance of the electrical part. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. Clock PLL is capable of receiving a maximum of 3.465V as a supply voltage. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, OTHER uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. There should be a voltage supply above 3.135V for this frequency generator in order to ensure its safety. As long as you provide 3.135 V ~ 3.465 V supply voltage, it will work. Using the test statistics, we estimate that the ambient temperature should be 0°C ~ 70°C. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 70°C, ha70°Cards may occur. With this clock-generating device, a high-quality clock output frequency of 700MHz can be produced.
