8413S09BKILFT Overview
This termination has 48 terminations. 3.3V is the voltage provided by this part. 260 runs using this part's peak reflow temperature. Clock program has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC unClock programs of processing, unClock programs of communication, and peripheral integrated circuClock programs. Vsup reaches 3.465V at its maximum. In order to guarantee normaloperation, the supply voltage (Vsup) needs to be above 3.135V. Ideally, the output frequency of the clock should not exceed 312.5MHz. The product should only be used at temperatures below 85°C. Work should be done at a temperature higher than -40°C. A total of 2007 publications have been made of the part.
