74VHC139 Overview
It is packaged in the way of Tray.As a member of 74VHC series, the multiplexers can be used for a wide range of applications.As parts of its basic configuration, 16 terminations are desgined.The voltage supplied for multiplexer's system is 3.3V.multiplexer's systemIt employs GULL WING as the point at which conductors come to an end.The logic switch is included into the family of AHC/VHC.The minimal supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept at 2V to avoid some unnecessary failures.The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept at 5.5V to avoid some unnecessary failures.The power supply of 2/5.5V is provided for mux switch's normal operation.It employs OTHER DECODER/DRIVER as its logic IC.The maximal operating temperature of the switches reaches 85°C.
