74LVT640PW,112 Overview


The 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package is neat. In order to package this voltage buffer, the Tube external package is used. There is a Surface Mount mount version of this digital buffer available for purchase. Transceiver, Inverting logic integrated circuits have a wide range of applications, including this one. A supply voltage of 2.7V~3.6V is applied to this network transceiver to supply it with power. Buffers such as this one are designed to operate at temperatures as high as -40°C~85°C TA. In both the high and low logic states, it outputs 32mA 64mA. Digital buffer is capable of handling 3-State outputs. We use all 1 elements. One of the 74LVT series network transceivers. The ethernet transceiver has 20 terminations with different functions. There is a voltage requirement of 3.3V. Electronic parts from the LVT family are used in this part.
