74LVT16244BBX,518 Overview
Using a 60-XFQFN Dual Rows, Exposed Pad package makes it very easy to use. As you can see, this voltage buffer is packaged externally in the Tape & Reel (TR) package. In addition to this, this digital buffer can also be mounted on the Surface Mount mount. In this case, we have a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit that has a wide range of applications. There is a 2.7V~3.6V supply voltage applied to this network transceiver during the manufacturing process. The logical driver is qualified for operation at -40°C~125°C TA. Buffer IC has 32mA 64mA logic state output currents in high and low logic states. In total, bus transceiver can handle 3-State outputs. Transceiver utilizes all 4 elements. Network transceivers in the 74LVT series include this one. The electric component has QFN pins. A total of Surface Mount applications can be accommodated by logical driver.
