74LVT126DB,118 Overview


There is a neat 14-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package used in buffer. A Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging is used for this buffer. The external packaging used in this logic IC is the Surface Mount external packaging. This is a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit with a wide range of applications. There's a 2.7V~3.6V supply voltage for this logic IC. This automotive buffer is capable of working through -40°C~85°C TA. This buffer IC has a 32mA 64mA high and low logic state output current.
