74LVT125DB112 Overview


Using a 14-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package makes it very easy to use. In addition to this, this digital buffer can also be mounted on the Surface Mount mount. In this case, we have a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit that has a wide range of applications. There is a 2.7V ~ 3.6V supply voltage applied to this network transceiver during the manufacturing process. The logical driver is qualified for operation at -40°C ~ 85°C (TA). Buffer IC has 32mA, 64mA logic state output currents in high and low logic states. In total, bus transceiver can handle 3-State outputs. Transceiver utilizes all 4 elements. Network transceivers in the 74LVT series include this one. For each element, 1 bits are used. In the case of this logical driver, the supplier device package would be 14-SSOP.
