There is a neat 20-SSOP (0.209, 5.30mm Width) package used in buffer. A Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging is used for this buffer. The external packaging used in this logic IC is the Surface Mount external packaging. This is a typical Buffer, Inverting logic integrated circuit with a wide range of applications. There's a 1.2V~3.6V supply voltage for this logic IC. This automotive buffer is capable of working through -40°C~125°C TA. This buffer IC has a 24mA 24mA high and low logic state output current. There are 3-State outputs that digital buffer can handle.
