74LVC240AD,112 Overview
The 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is neat. In order to package this voltage buffer, the Tube external package is used. There is a Surface Mount mount version of this digital buffer available for purchase. Buffer, Inverting logic integrated circuits have a wide range of applications, including this one. A supply voltage of 1.2V~3.6V is applied to this network transceiver to supply it with power. Buffers such as this one are designed to operate at temperatures as high as -40°C~125°C TA. In both the high and low logic states, it outputs 24mA 24mA. Digital buffer is capable of handling 3-State outputs. We use all 2 elements. One of the 74LVC series network transceivers. The ethernet transceiver has 20 terminations with different functions. There is a voltage requirement of 2.7V. Electronic parts from the LVC/LCX/Z family are used in this part.
