74LVC1G240GXH Overview
This package uses 5-XFDFN Exposed Pad. A logical driver using the MouseReel external packaging is used in this application. Buffers like this are available in the Surface Mount-mount form factor. Buffer, Inverting logic integrated circuits see a wide range of applications, as shown here. There is a supply voltage of 1.65V ~ 5.5V applied to this ethernet transceiver in order to power it. In ambient temperatures up to -40°C ~ 125°C (TA), this voltage buffer is designed to operate. There is a 32mA, 32mA output current for the high and low logic states. A total of 3-State outputs can be dealt with by transceiver. It is necessary to use all 1 elements. A transceiver of the 74LVC series, it belongs to the 74LVC series. Each element uses 1 bits. During quiescent state, the electronic part uses 100 nA. As a low-level output mode, it produces 32 mA. During high-level output, the electronic part may conduct - 32 mA.
